In her mid-50s Susan McCulley was looking for a community of women who wanted to age with wisdom and bad assery. She created The Age of Becoming to offer simple, body-centered practices and investigations into life in the second spring. Susan shares her 20 years experience of teaching mindful movement and health & habit coaching with classes, resources, workshops and group conversation.
